Create a Vision
The chances of successfully shaping the life of your dreams are substantially higher when you have a clear vision and well thought out action steps to achieve those goals. The first step is to know what you want and why. If it is a higher income, how high? Why is it important? How will your life change and what are the sacrifices that would be required? Are you willing to do what is needed to achieve that goal? What action steps must you change, or increase to achieve those goals? For example: If you wanted to increase your income $50,000 per year and your average commission was $5,000, you need 10 more closed transactions that year. What new activity can you implement to create at least one more transaction per month? It really is simple, but you do need a plan. Draft it out, get input from others, and find someone who will hold you accountable to that goal. This is where the fun begins. As you begin to follow your plan, you will see the shape of your vision take form, and that’s when you know that you are well on your way to achieving that dream.
Something to Think About
Start today! Put magic in your life by having the foresight to visualize what you want, the insight to put together a plan for success, and the faith to follow it through. Inevitably, the goals and desires that shape your dreams will be realized.
Weekly Activity
Time for a check up: Are you at 75% of your goal for 2018? Do you remember your goal for 2018? If you can’t remember or did not have a written action plan, you don’t need to wait until January. Write a plan that will set your goals to run from September to September.
