Gwen Lotz  Director of Production and Finance

Gwen oversees and directs all activities associated with accounting, bookkeeping, agent production systems, human relations and office management. Gwen has been with us since 2002.

Johnny Lotz  Technology and Administrative Assistant

Johnny oversees the implementation of and training on the technology tools offered by RE/MAX Alliance. He also assists agents and staff in the troubleshooting of their computers and various real estate related programs. As Administrative Assistant, Johnny aids Gwen in the implementation of her responsibilities.

Keith Rye Director of Agent Development

Keith Rye is the Director of Agent Development. Keith has been a Realtor since 1997. During that time Keith was highly successful as the Team Manager of two of St. Tammany Parish’s top real estate teams. Additionally, he was a top producer as an individual sales agent and later the Team Leader of the Rye Ortner Group. In 2018 he became the Director of Agent Development for RE/MAX Alliance. When Keith took on that responsibility, the average volume per agent for RE/MAX Alliance was $2,658,319. Immediately Keith enrolled in the RE/MAX Momentum Development Program for Brokers and Managers. By applying the principles of consulting, training, coaching, and accountability taught in that program, Keith increased agent production from an average annual volume per agent of $2,658,319 to $3,745,462, a 41% increase.

Keith and his wife, Lesley, have been Mandeville residents since 1997. They enjoy traveling, time with their four children, and hosting family gatherings.

Doug Bernard  Director of Vision for RE/MAX Alliance & Broker/Owner

Doug Bernard is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Alliance in Mandeville, LA. He began is real estate career in 1977 as a residential sales agent, eventually becoming General Manager of a thirty-five agent office. In 1985, he received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the National Association of Realtors®. Over the course of the next 28 years, Doug specialized in the sale of investment real estate representing purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of land, industrial, retail, office, multifamily and hotel properties.

In 2013, Doug purchased the RE/MAX office in the thriving parish of St. Tammany, Louisiana. Since then, he has grown the office from 18 residential and commercial agents to 70. Doug is an experienced trainer, recruiter and mentor and skilled in the formation of residential and commercial real estate agents into cohesive and productive teams. In 2016, he was recognized as RE/MAX Louisiana Broker of the Year. That same year he was recognized as Broker of the Year by his local board, NABOR. In 2017, his office received RE/MAX Louisiana Recruiter of the year. Doug is a RE/MAX Momentum Graduate and credits the growth of his offices to the tools and systems provided by RE/MAX and the Momentum program.

Doug and his wife, Joan, have three children and three grandchildren, and spend most of their free time enjoying family activities with them.
