Simplify
As we head into week two of our Stop the Madness theme, we want to talk about simplifying – at home and in life. When you remove stuff physically and mentally, you allow room for new things to enter. This is a great time to clean out your closets, cabinets, and garage and donate 20-25% of the “stuff” you’re not using to a needy cause. It’s also a great time to step away from any relationships that are toxic or no longer serving you! Clearing the clutter is an amazing way to feel lighter, more focused, and less stressed.
Something to Think About
Why do we keep so many things that we don’t use? If you’re like most, you may be thinking of that “someday” use for things. If you really like something you aren’t using, give it to someone who would really appreciate it and use it. They will embrace it and think of you each time they use it.
